Hair guy is out of our price range though, I want to cry.
I have greatly reduced the amount of peanut butter I eat, but now I’m eating Avocados like no one’s business. I guess I love me some fat.
So I weighed in at the highest I’ve ever weighed this morning- 140.4 lbs. Never seen 140 on the scale before. In all honestly, I didn’t even freak out really… I expected it. I’ve been getting up to 138 a lot recently, and lately I’ve kind of given up on healthy eating. However, I’ve been feeling like crap and I’m actually getting sick of all this heavy, nasty food.
Just started my Jillian Michael’s water detox and my “diet” today.
I’ve done the detox before, it works. I’m super super bloated, I need this water weight off of me! And when I say diet, I mean not eating t-bell and pizza anymore. And portion control. So… let’s see if this lasts.
Oatmeal with nectarine, super smooth cashew butter, and granola.
